-the mint colors contribute to a more playful style
-this is the latest advertisement of Donna Karan's SS09 collection
-it is different from all other advertisements in the previous seasons
-becasue of economic down turn
-the SS09 collection will not shoot an advertiseing campaign
-will advertise with a campaign that consists of images from the runway show
-advertising is influenced by the global economic factor

-such advertisement with no theme & story have a weak connection with the target audiences
-the disappearance of top model/celebrities' faces will also damage Donna Karan's brand image

-in order to play save in the periods of economic downturns
-Donna Karan does not show the iconic Mint Green pieces in the advertisement
-instead she showed the pieces in Beige
-which is an earth tone color she has used for ages

-the economic factors do not only affect the scale & style of the advertisement campaign
-the content of the advertisement is also affected
